When do you deliver?
If you are having an indoor party in a community hall, church all etc we will be there 1/2 hour to 45 mins before hand to make sure everything is set up in time for your party. Outdoor booking will be set up as early and collected as late as possible but we will guarantee it will be before 12 noon and after 6pm. We will give you as long as possible with the inflatables depending on how busy we are. (Over night bookings can be arranged.)
What areas do you cover?
Our main areas of operation are Carrickfergus, Greenisland, Ballyclare, Whitehead, Islandmagee, Larne, Glengormley, Newtownabbey and Belfast. However, we cover approximately 20 miles from our base in Carrickfergus:
What do I need to do before you arrive?
Our inflatables are delivered on a sack barrow and we need clear access for this (approx 3 ft depending on the inflatable ordered). Please ensure the paths or access to your garden is free from obstacles. We will need access to mains power electricity within 40 metres of where you would like the inflatable, if further away a generator maybe required. We can supply a diesel generator for you to hire if this is the case (check out For hire section). Please prepare the site prior to our arrival. In the summer months we run to a tight schedule to ensure all our customers are delivered to and collected from on time.

We pride ourselves in providing a personal service. This is why we do not offer online bookings. Every party is tailored to your specific needs.
